Session Objectives

At the end of this session children will be able to:

Describe key actions (in the event of disaster) during the phases of early warning, during stay in temporary camps, and after coming back to villages.

Key Messages

After getting early warning we should help parents to keep important household level material at safe place, and procure important items for the stay in temporary shelters.
On receiving early warning we should prepare “My Go Kit.”
During our stay in temporary shelter we should follow 11 tips to protect ourselves.
After coming back from temporary shelter we should help parents to recover important material and join school as soon as it opens.
